I only understand English. Can I buy /download game in England?

Can I buy the game in England or download it. The game would also need to be in English.
Thanks If there is a pay for download that would be good.

thank you for being interrested in Special Force 2 .
actually the game cannot be downloaded from the internet.and it is only available in Arabic language.
we are currently working on a new version that will support English language , it will be soon available on the markets.
